Global Industrial Design Leader & Strategist.

At 3M, my role as Design Lead revolves around spearheading a human-centered design process, ensuring that from sketch to production, our healthcare solutions deliver exceptional user experiences. This involves setting strategic design direction and integrating design thinking into cross-functional teams to foster innovation and maintain the high-quality standards synonymous with our brands.

My tenure at 3M builds upon a diverse foundation of collaborative problem solving and team leadership, skills honed during my previous consultancy role where I developed many high-performance products ranging from Consumer Packaged Goods, to Home Improvement, Military, Agriculture and Healthcare. I earned a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois (Urbana/Champaign) and a Masters in Product Design & Development from Northwestern University.

I have a passion for Strategy and Front-End Innovation, using Design to solve our toughest problems through a collaborative and measured approach.
